About the Role

The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building lasting relationships with clients. This role requires strategic outreach, effective negotiation, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to contract closure
  • Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach
  • Conduct product demonstrations and tailored presentations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
  • Develop deep understanding of customer needs and challenges
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet business goals
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Work cross-functionally with customer success and technical teams
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Support onboarding of newly acquired clients
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of active opportunities
  • Use CRM tools to track progress and forecast revenue
  • Adapt communication style to diverse client profiles
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures
  • Drive renewal and expansion conversations with existing clients
  • Contribute to development of sales playbooks and best practices
