About the Role

The role involves assisting in the management of project deliverables, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining compliance with client and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Support project planning and scheduling for data center construction and infrastructure initiatives
  • Assist in monitoring project budgets and financial performance metrics
  • Coordinate communication between engineering, design, and construction teams
  • Help ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Track project milestones and report progress to senior managers
  • Facilitate client and stakeholder meetings and prepare documentation
  • Manage change orders and contract administration tasks
  • Oversee subcontractor coordination and performance
  • Maintain project documentation and records in digital systems
  • Assist in risk assessment and mitigation planning
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications and design requirements
  • Support procurement and vendor management activities
  • Monitor construction progress and verify work against plans
  • Help resolve field issues in coordination with technical teams
  • Contribute to project closeout processes and handover documentation
