About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Hebrew translator to convert human resources materials from English into Hebrew while maintaining tone, context, and industry-specific terminology.
Responsibilities
- Translate HR documents such as policies, handbooks, and training materials
- Ensure linguistic accuracy and consistency across all translated content
- Adapt content to reflect cultural nuances in Hebrew-speaking regions
- Review and proofread translated texts for grammar and style
- Collaborate with project managers on timelines and deliverables
- Follow provided glossaries and style guides
- Handle revisions based on client feedback
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information
- Meet deadlines for assigned translation tasks
- Report any ambiguities or issues in source content promptly
Nice to Have
- Previous work on employee-facing HR content
- Experience with legal or compliance documentation
- Knowledge of Israeli labor regulations
- Background in corporate communications or internal messaging
