About the Role

Responsibilities
- Define and implement long-term technical strategies for platform scalability

- Mentor engineering teams in best practices for code quality and system design
- Evaluate emerging technologies for alignment with product and technical goals
- Drive consistency across engineering projects through architectural governance
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps
- Oversee the integration of third-party services and APIs
- Ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and security standards
- Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis for critical outages
- Promote engineering excellence through code reviews and technical documentation
- Champion automation and continuous integration practices
- Guide the adoption of observability and monitoring tools
- Support recruitment by participating in technical interviews and evaluations
- Advocate for user-centric design in technical decision-making
- Coordinate with security teams to enforce compliance and data protection
- Facilitate knowledge sharing through internal presentations and workshops
- Optimize deployment pipelines for speed and reliability
- Identify technical debt and lead refactoring initiatives

- Contribute to open-source projects relevant to the technology stack
