About the Role
The virtual assistant will handle scheduling, email management, data entry, and other support tasks to ensure smooth daily operations for clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments across time zones
- Respond to emails and messages on behalf of clients
- Organize and maintain digital files and documents
- Conduct online research for business and personal needs
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Make travel arrangements including flights and accommodations
- Assist with online shopping and personal errands
- Coordinate meetings and set up video conferencing
- Track expenses and help with basic bookkeeping
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion
- Handle customer service inquiries
- Maintain contact lists and CRM updates
- Support social media posting and content scheduling
- Assist with onboarding for new team members
- Manage to-do lists and daily task prioritization
- Proofread and edit written communications
- Submit forms and applications online
- Monitor project deadlines and send reminders
- Organize virtual events and webinars
- Process invoices and payment follow-ups
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Use productivity tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Adapt quickly to new software and platforms
- Communicate clearly and professionally in writing
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues
