About the Role

Responsibilities
- Plan and launch Google Ads campaigns across search and display networks
- Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust bids and budgets accordingly
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop effective ad copy and assets
- Optimize keyword strategies to improve click-through and conversion rates
- Track and report on key performance indicators including ROAS and CPA
- Manage negative keyword lists to reduce wasted spend
- Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages
- Stay current with Google Ads platform updates and industry best practices
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business goals
- Use analytics tools to measure conversion paths and attribution
- Implement conversion tracking and audience targeting solutions
- Refine audience segmentation to improve targeting precision
- Maintain organized campaign documentation and performance records
- Escalate technical or platform-related issues to appropriate support channels
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies and brand guidelines
- Optimize Quality Scores to lower cost per click
- Develop remarketing strategies for audience re-engagement
- Evaluate third-party tools for potential integration into workflows
- Support budget forecasting and allocation recommendations
- Identify underperforming campaigns and execute corrective actions
- Utilize scripts and automation to streamline reporting and optimizations
- Prepare performance summaries for leadership review
- Contribute insights for product and market expansion decisions
