Responsibilities
- Meet sales, profitability, and market share goals within a designated region by collaborating with distribution partners, major growers, and other clients as part of a broader commercial strategy.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with clients in the territory, stimulating demand and ensuring awareness of product offerings to foster ongoing interest in available solutions.
- Identify unmet customer needs and untapped opportunities to help expand client operations and strengthen account growth.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all distribution partners and retail accounts, guiding the creation and execution of annual business strategies that drive end-user demand.
- Collaborate with technical agronomic advisors to build effective territory plans and seize sales potential, working alongside regional sales teams and agronomy experts.
- Support and coordinate local events such as trade exhibitions, field demonstrations, and product rollouts related to crop protection.
- Act as a responsible representative of the product portfolio by providing field-based recommendations and resolving product-related concerns in coordination with agronomic support.
