Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries about cruise itineraries, ports, and onboard amenities
- Guide clients through the online booking process for cruise vacations
- Provide up-to-date pricing, availability, and promotional details
- Assist with cabin selection and special requests
- Explain cruise line policies, documentation requirements, and check-in procedures
- Handle booking modifications and cancellations as needed
- Maintain accurate client records and reservation details
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues
- Stay informed about new cruise destinations and ship features
- Offer personalized travel suggestions based on client preferences
- Follow up with customers to confirm bookings and collect feedback
- Process payments and issue booking confirmations
- Troubleshoot technical issues with booking platforms
- Escalate complex cases to senior support when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company booking protocols and data privacy standards
