About the Role
This position involves delivering live English lessons to non-native speakers through an online platform, using prepared materials and engaging techniques to support language development.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live, interactive English lessons to students via video platform
- Follow structured lesson plans tailored to student proficiency levels
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
- Provide timely feedback on assignments and participation
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
- Engage students using dynamic and age-appropriate teaching techniques
- Participate in training sessions to improve instructional delivery
- Respond to student and parent inquiries within 24 hours
- Use digital tools to administer quizzes and assessments
- Collaborate with curriculum developers on content improvements
- Attend scheduled team meetings and professional development workshops
- Ensure compliance with teaching policies and academic standards
- Encourage consistent student participation and motivation
- Report technical or behavioral issues to support staff promptly
- Maintain punctuality and reliability for all scheduled classes

Teaching Schedule
- Classes available 7 days a week between 6 AM and 10 PM China Standard Time
- Minimum weekly commitment of 15 teaching hours
- Schedule built in advance based on teacher availability
