About the Role
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure construction programmes with a focus on coordination, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of major infrastructure construction programmes
- Develop detailed project schedules and monitor progress against milestones
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, and design
- Manage programme budgets and ensure financial accountability
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycle
- Establish governance frameworks for programme oversight
- Lead regular stakeholder meetings with clients and contractors
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Drive integration between design and construction phases
- Implement performance monitoring and reporting systems
- Facilitate decision-making at executive levels
- Manage change control processes for scope adjustments
- Support procurement strategies and contractor selection
- Ensure alignment with strategic client objectives
- Lead post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions
- Promote innovation in project delivery methods
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Interface with regulatory agencies as required
- Support sustainability goals within project execution
- Manage interface risks between interdependent projects
- Ensure quality assurance across all programme components
- Coordinate with operations teams during handover
- Lead crisis response and contingency planning
- Foster collaboration across geographically dispersed teams
- Uphold contractual obligations and performance metrics
