Responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms promptly and professionally
- Manage reservation bookings and modifications across multiple travel partners
- Coordinate check-in and check-out logistics for guests staying in various accommodations
- Verify guest details and ensure accurate data entry in booking systems
- Respond to special requests and accommodate guest preferences when possible
- Troubleshoot booking conflicts and resolve scheduling issues efficiently
- Provide pre-trip information including travel tips, local recommendations, and property details
- Act as a point of contact between guests and property managers during stays
- Monitor upcoming reservations and prepare guest communication packages
- Update availability calendars in coordination with property partners
- Follow up with guests post-stay to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
- Escalate urgent issues to management with clear documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to data privacy standards
- Stay informed about local events and attractions to enhance guest experience
- Assist in refining booking processes to improve efficiency and guest outcomes
Nice to Have
- Background in vacation rental or boutique hospitality services
- Fluency in a second language, especially Spanish or French
