Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical systems for substations.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures.
  • Perform risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in project planning and scheduling.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bids.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses.
  • Implement and maintain electrical safety protocols.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Ensure project deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation.
  • Conduct site surveys and inspections.
  • Provide technical expertise during project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental and safety standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to address project issues.
