Responsibilities
- Oversee cost management projects, ensuring successful completion.
- Support, manage, and mentor senior surveyors, project surveyors, and graduates.
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to client satisfaction.
- Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and project team members.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients on specific projects.
- Identify and lead bids for cost management services in the region.
- Ensure all team members have up-to-date and relevant training.
- Manage the delivery of cost management team outputs according to agreed timescales and quality standards.
