Salesable is hiring a Lead Generation Executive

Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities in the B2B segment
  • Make 100-150 outbound cold calls per day to prospective clients
  • Engage prospects via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Understand client needs and present relevant products or service solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships in a remote setup
  • Achieve assigned monthly revenue and sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM or trackers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B or B2C sales, telesales, or inside sales
  • Proven experience in cold calling or outbound sales
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English
  • Good negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-call-volume environment
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently from home
