MasTec Utility Services is hiring a Field Engineer - High Voltage

Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain high voltage electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Perform inspections and maintenance on electrical infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with project teams to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Document work progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure project success.
  • Conduct safety training for team members.
  • Manage inventory of electrical equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project status.
  • Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
  • Assist in the development of project plans and schedules.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for emergency support.
