About the Role

The BEL Specialisation Lead will be responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of specialisation programs, ensuring they align with the institution's educational goals and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement specialisation programs.
  • Ensure alignment of programs with educational goals and standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of educators and specialists.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and feedback.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to students and faculty.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Create and maintain program documentation and resources.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for faculty and staff.
  • Assist in the development of curriculum and course materials.
  • Coordinate with other departments for program integration.
  • Ensure compliance with educational regulations and policies.
  • Manage program budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Develop and implement assessment and evaluation methods.
  • Provide regular reports on program progress and outcomes.
  • Engage with external partners and organizations.
  • Promote the specialisation programs to potential students.
  • Participate in academic conferences and events.
  • Contribute to the development of new educational initiatives.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new faculty members.
  • Conduct regular meetings and reviews with the team.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the specialisation programs.
