Responsibilities
- Partner with the US-based headquarters team to identify globally-led campaigns suitable for the Japanese market and lead their localization and deployment in coordination with local marketing staff
- Collaborate with central marketing to introduce and implement the 'Buying Group' framework within the regional marketing function
- Develop content strategies focused on digital marketing efforts, overseeing translation workflows and end-to-end production when content is developed locally
- Design and manage co-branded promotional initiatives in partnership with alliance and channel partners
- Coordinate with regional sales personnel—including account executives, business development representatives, sales specialists, and technical consultants—to execute high-impact demand creation programs
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies incorporating digital and in-person tactics to accelerate sales pipeline development and acquire new clients
- Handle full-cycle campaign logistics including vendor contracts, third-party coordination, campaign setup, lead routing, and internal and external communications
- Partner with business development representatives to monitor lead response times, qualification progress, and conversion outcomes
- Track, evaluate, and communicate the performance and return on investment of marketing initiatives
- Assess opportunities with external vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance go-to-market execution
- Propose and test innovative marketing approaches to expand sales pipeline or increase operational efficiency
- Oversee marketing budget allocation and maintain accurate records of expenditures
- Engage with internal marketing units to identify market-specific requirements and define key performance indicators
- Convert strategic objectives into digital acquisition plans with optimized audience targeting and digital creative assets
- Take ownership of gathering all necessary creative materials and tracking components required to activate campaigns
- Produce performance dashboards for leadership and maintain detailed reporting on campaign operations, forecasting, and results
