- Coordinate with HR Operations to facilitate efficient pre-employment screening and onboarding processes.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date recruitment data and systems to ensure hiring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Lead hiring initiatives for early-career programmes, such as internships and analyst roles.
- Support global mobility efforts to foster a diverse and geographically flexible workforce.
