About the Role
This role partners with customers during post-sale implementation to design, configure, and optimize technology solutions tailored to their operational needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand technical environments and business objectives
- Translate customer requirements into scalable implementation plans
- Configure and customize monitoring platforms to align with client infrastructure
- Lead onboarding sessions and technical workshops for stakeholder groups
- Troubleshoot integration challenges and provide resolution strategies
- Document system architecture and solution designs for client review
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams to address technical blockers
- Validate data instrumentation accuracy across applications and services
- Support proof-of-concept deployments and pilot projects
- Provide best practice guidance on observability and performance monitoring
- Assist in defining key performance indicators for system health tracking
- Ensure implementations meet security, compliance, and operational standards
- Deliver post-implementation reviews and optimization recommendations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features and updates
- Act as a technical point of contact during onboarding phases
- Produce configuration guides and technical runbooks for client use
- Monitor project timelines and proactively manage scope changes
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to client operations teams
- Gather feedback to inform product improvement opportunities
- Support cross-functional teams in resolving escalation issues
- Use data to validate implementation success and adoption metrics
- Advocate for customer needs within product and support channels
- Maintain consistency with implementation frameworks and methodologies
- Adapt solutions to accommodate diverse technology stacks
- Promote long-term platform engagement through technical enablement
