Grupo QuintoAndar is looking for a Team Leader SMB to lead, coach, and manage a team of Account Managers (Farmers) focused on the small and medium business segment. Your mission is to ensure the team meets portfolio growth and net retention objectives, guaranteeing disciplined execution of the national commercial playbook.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the team through field coaching, KPI tracking, and pipeline management.
- Drive retention and monetization strategy, controlling churn, aligning strategic initiatives, and analyzing portfolio performance.
- Ensure operational execution, including offer validation and results reporting.
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 4 years of experience leading commercial or account management teams.
- A data-driven focus, with the ability to make decisions based on metrics and convert reports into concrete commercial actions.
- Inspirational leadership skills to motivate commercial teams in high-transaction volume environments.
- Understanding of the competitive market dynamics in Mexico City.
Nice to Have
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or digital classifieds sectors.
