Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a group of external sales agents, offering coaching, performance reviews, and ongoing support.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and meet organizational targets.
- Track team performance against KPIs and revenue objectives to ensure consistent results.
- Inspire and direct team members to maintain a productive and goal-focused atmosphere.
- Temporarily assume agent duties when needed, including handling calls and closing sales during peak times.
- Collaborate with internal departments to refine sales procedures and enhance client onboarding.
- Deliver consistent feedback and training to promote team development and skill growth.
- Evaluate sales metrics, market conditions, and competitor actions to uncover expansion opportunities.
- Enforce adherence to regulatory requirements, company guidelines, and ethical practices.
- Submit regular reports on sales performance, team outcomes, and business progress to leadership.

- Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (15:00 PM – 00:00 AM South African time) – subject to daylight savings.
- Public Holidays: This role requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA).
- Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
- Power Backup: Reliable backup required to manage load shedding or outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
- Work Environment: Fully remote.
