Shiji Group is seeking a Team Lead, QA to own quality assurance for our Twilight Data + AI solution. In this role, you will lead the QA effort, mentor engineers, and ensure high standards are met across the entire software development lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Review and analyze system specifications.
- Mentor and collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies, frameworks, and test plans.
- Write test cases based on user stories.
- Write automated test cases and contribute to a common C# automation framework.
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
- Report bugs and errors to development teams.
- Help troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- High-level knowledge of C# for writing automated tests.
- QA methodology knowledge (ISTQB Foundation certification).
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
- Working knowledge of test management software like TestRail or JIRA.
- Advanced user of both Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
- Strong organizational skills.
