NTT DATA is looking for a Team Lead, Physician Talent Sourcing to oversee team performance and execute recruitment functions to identify and attract top talent. This role serves as a mentor and coach for a team of recruiting or sourcing professionals, owns a personal book of business, and is responsible for timely recruitment.
What You'll Do
- Perform team lead responsibilities including oversight of general sourcing and recruitment workflow, planning work, and developing employees.
- Recruit physicians as assigned and own a personal requisition load.
- Mentor and guide team members through processes, manage client escalations, and ensure process compliance.
- Establish and maintain regular team communications, including 1:1s and weekly meetings.
- Be accountable for direct reports’ weekly and monthly metrics.
- Support team goal setting, drive employee development, and participate in performance reviews.
- Conduct team meetings with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and partner with the business to execute solutions.
- Proxy as the divisional recruitment leader in meetings when needed.
- Ensure team meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by managing productivity through metrics and PowerBI scorecards.
- Provide expertise on sourcing and recruiting technology systems and business processes.
- Communicate with Talent Acquisition stakeholders to understand workforce planning.
- Develop, test, and track recruitment strategies to create an effective plan to hire top talent.
- Promote our employer brand online and offline and assist with recruitment events.
- Function as a trainer and go-to mentor for new team members.
What We're Looking For
- BA/BS degree in HR, Communications, Business Administration, or related field OR additional experience in lieu of degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter.
- Firsthand experience with online and offline sourcing and recruiting techniques.
- Advanced-level business acuity and in-depth knowledge of core job-related functions.
- Knowledge of industry trends related to Sourcing and Recruiting.
- Familiarity with social media marketing, digital networking, HR databases, ATS, and CMS.
- Solid writing, editing, proofreading skills and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Effective time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Ability to analyze information and use deductive reasoning to manage complex data.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and work with all levels of an organization.
- Initiative-taker; highly motivated; able to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient skill in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time; flexible to work weekends as needed.
- Spoken and written fluency in English.
- This job requires use and exercise of independent judgment.
Nice to Have
- A minimum of 1 year in a lead or supervisor Talent Acquisition role.
- SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, CPRP, or similar certification a plus.
