The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Data Warehouse Production Support Manager to lead the Production Support team within our Enterprise Data Warehouse. You will ensure quality and timely data delivery by managing onshore and offshore support, incident resolution, and operational efficiency. This role is central to supporting the data warehouse by partnering with IT and business organizations.

What You'll Do

Manage the onshore and offshore production support team.
Support incident resolution and continuous improvement to drive efficiency in operations.
Oversee performance and maintenance of L1 and L2 rotations, acting as the point of escalation for priority incidents.
Ensure all assigned production support issues are properly logged, prioritized, and resolved.
Effectively communicate and turnover incidents to delivery teams for level 2 support when appropriate.
Ensure all assigned business-as-usual (BAU) tasks are properly scheduled, staffed, and completed.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to perform DataStage production code migrations.
Facilitate production support handovers with the build teams for newly developed jobs.
Provide a monthly operations report, tracking performance against key metrics.
Represent operations in design reviews and architectural checkpoints.
Monitor Huntington’s production landscape to proactively address impactful changes and incident trends.
Own the vendor relationship with the support’s SOW provider.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or military experience in a related field, preferably computer science.
5 years of experience leading teams through the project lifecycle.
3 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Nice to Have

Understanding of enterprise data warehousing best practices, including testing and validation approaches.
Strong organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with developers, analysts, and business colleagues.
Experience with traditional data architecture: sourcing and staging data, data integration, dimensional/snowflake and de-normalized design, managed views, data marts and analytical sandboxes.
Experience with data governance, data management, and data quality approaches.
Experience with business intelligence and advanced analytics: canned reporting, self-service insights, integrated data platforms, dashboarding, visualization, data science, and machine learning.
Experience with SQL, Python, DataStage, AWS, and Snowflake.
