Baptist Health is hiring a Radiology Team Lead for its outpatient facility at the Montgomery Cancer Center. In this supervisory role, you will oversee imaging services and registration processes while supporting the team to ensure a high standard of patient and physician care.
What You'll Do
- Supervise imaging services and registration processes.
- Assist with direct patient flow.
- Assist team members with patient and physician customer service issues.
- Work with students and school officials in a teaching environment to enhance clinical education.
- Supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an imaging position.
- Active ARRT certification in Radiography.
- BLS certification.
- Excellent communications and customer service skills.
- Good decision-making skills.
- Employee development and performance management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures.
- Ability to supervise and train employees.
Work Mode
This position is onsite at the Montgomery Cancer Center.
