At HERO Software, we’re hiring a Team Lead - Cloud & DevOps Engineering (m/w/d). You will lead a technical team while actively contributing your expertise to customer projects. This role combines professional leadership, strategic development, and direct involvement in our growth.

What You'll Do

Take over the professional leadership of your team and work on the further development of technical strategies.
Contribute your technical expertise to customer projects for at least 60% of your time.
Participate in sales conversations, support customer acquisition with your technical expertise, and actively contribute to the company's growth.
Enable your team members to develop personally and take care of their organization and assignment to projects.
Have the opportunity to contribute to disciplinary decisions.

What We're Looking For

A degree or training in information technology or a comparable field.
Extensive experience with common software products in the infrastructure environment.
Independent, customer-oriented work style with strong communication skills for customers and colleagues.
Willingness to travel a maximum of 1 week per month.
Very good German and English language skills.

Nice to Have

Enthusiasm for building a young company and team and growing together.
Experience in PreSales activities.
Knowledge in technical project management.
