Adfinis AG is hiring a Sales Engineer (IT Services, 80-100%) to act as the critical bridge between technical expertise and customer-centric solution design. You will support the full pre-sales lifecycle, helping customers shape their vision and translating their needs into technically feasible solutions.
What You'll Do
- Qualify deals to align customer needs with Adfinis capabilities.
- Steer customers toward smart, cost-friendly solutions.
- Turn ideas into clear proposals and Statements of Work.
- Write crisp proposal texts that simplify technical concepts.
- Participate in presentations to highlight the technical side.
- Spot opportunities to upsell or grow services.
- Represent Adfinis at events and conferences.
- Help shape portfolio offerings that scale and impress customers.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience qualifying deals, shaping solutions, and demonstrating value in pre-sales.
- A firm grasp on Linux, cloud technology, and enterprise IT.
- Ability to map out architectures and roadmaps for clients.
- Knowledge of Open Source enterprise solutions and their use cases.
- Ability to make complex ideas sound clear and compelling.
- Fluent in German (C1/C2).
- Proficient in English (B2).
