What You'll Do
Guide the full deployment lifecycle of advanced edge infrastructure systems, from initial setup to sustained production operations. You’ll lead on-site implementations across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East, ensuring platforms meet performance, security, and compliance standards from day one.
Act as the primary technical owner after go-live, managing the customer’s technical roadmap and driving adoption across engineering, IT, OT, and security teams. Develop and maintain Joint Success Plans that align platform milestones with business objectives, using them to track progress, prioritize work, and identify expansion opportunities.
Make critical decisions in real time across hardware, networking, Kubernetes, storage, and GPU layers. Ensure systems remain secure, scalable, and optimized for AI and high-performance workloads. Proactively flag risks, resolve blockers, and coordinate with internal engineering and product teams to maintain operational excellence.
Requirements
- 8+ years in infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE, or technical account management
- Proven experience owning both deployment execution and long-term technical customer success
- Deep knowledge of Linux, networking, Kubernetes, storage, and GPU-accelerated environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills in live, production-grade systems
- Experience working in regulated, high-compliance settings with direct customer engagement
- Ability to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East
- Clear, confident communication skills for both technical and executive audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in edge computing, modular data centers, or distributed infrastructure
- Familiarity with AI workloads, GPU clusters, and high-performance computing
- Experience in sovereign or national-scale environments
- Operating experience in Saudi Arabia, UAE, or other ME regions
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and own outcomes from start to finish
