Reos GmbH is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (m/w/d) to manage operations tools, monitoring, and our hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure. You will be responsible for network security, CI/CD pipelines, and automation, while acting as a central point of contact for customer and internal team support.
What You'll Do
- Administer and manage operation tools like Sentry, CheckMK, and GitLab
- Ensure and continuously develop monitoring via CheckMK
- Maintain and develop Proxmox and Azure systems
- Manage on-premises and company network, including routing, port forwarding, VLAN management, and VPNs
- Administer permissions and implement automated concepts
- Conceive and implement improvements regarding network structure and security
- Adapt and develop GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain and optimize AWX playbooks (Ansible)
- Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Ansible
- Administer permissions for Entra ID / Azure AD and third-party applications, implementing automated role concepts
- Develop and manage deployment solutions for Azure Cloud
- Containerize and maintain applications using Docker
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure optimal deployment processes
- Act as a central point of contact, answering questions from external customers and internal departments
- Handle 2nd-level support for internal teams
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience with Azure and/or AWS services
- Comprehensive knowledge of routing, VLAN, VPN, and DNS
- Proficient handling of Linux and Bash programming
- Experience with Terraform and Ansible
- Solid knowledge of Docker and container orchestration
- Fluent German and good English language skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools
- Experience with Hetzner Cloud deployments
- Knowledge of Active Directory or Azure AD

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Hamburg, Deutschland. You can work flexibly up to 100% remote within Germany, using the Hamburg office as needed.
