Agent is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to scale, secure, and streamline cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines for our B2B SaaS company. You will manage AWS-based infrastructure, implement CI/CD, and work closely with engineering teams to improve system reliability and automate workflows.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain secure and scalable infrastructure on AWS.
- Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines for faster, safer deployments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and alerting.
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support development, testing, and production environments.
- Identify and fix performance bottlenecks, reliability issues, and deployment challenges.
- Maintain high availability and disaster recovery standards.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD best practices and automation tooling.
- Experienced with infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred).
- Familiar with container orchestration and microservices architecture.
- Able to collaborate effectively with developers, product, and QA.
- Comfortable working in a remote, startup-style environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, marketing tech, or high-scale platforms.
- Knowledge of security best practices (IAM policies, encryption, auditing).
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other production-grade databases.
- Experience supporting AI/ML or data pipelines.
Technical Stack
- AWS: EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar.
- IaC: Terraform, CloudFormation.
- Containers: Docker, ECS or EKS.
- Monitoring & Logs: CloudWatch, Datadog, or similar.
- Scripting: Bash, Python, or similar scripting language.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $4,500 – $6,500 USD/month
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Preference for candidates based in Costa Rica or LATAM.
