Role Overview

Guide and support a team of account executives focused on serving managed service providers (MSPs) within the healthcare technology sector. This leadership role combines hands-on management with strategic oversight to ensure consistent sales execution and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of account executives, providing regular coaching and performance feedback
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to set and track team goals aligned with company objectives
  • Oversee client acquisition strategies targeting MSPs, ensuring alignment with market demands
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, adjust tactics, and improve team effectiveness
  • Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training to build product knowledge and sales proficiency
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex client discussions and deal structuring

Qualifications

Successful candidates will bring proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within technology or healthcare. Strong communication skills, a data-informed approach to management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Prior experience working with MSPs or in channel sales is highly valued.
