What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-quality, interactive English lessons tailored to individual student needs
- Develop a clear understanding of each student’s abilities, preferences, and goals through consistent interaction
- Follow a reliable weekly teaching schedule with minimal fluctuations
- Complete a video application and live teaching demonstration as part of onboarding
- Work closely with a dedicated associate to exchange feedback and discuss student progress
What You Need
- Native or near-native English pronunciation
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- A dependable high-speed internet connection
- HD webcam and microphone for clear audio and video quality
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- TEFL, TESOL, CETL, or equivalent certification
Preferred Experience
Background in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL or TESL) is a plus.
