We are looking for a skilled SAP GTS Functional Consultant to support full-cycle implementation of Global Trade Services solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to analyze business needs, shape solution designs, and deliver compliant, efficient trade processes using SAP GTS.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional aspects of SAP GTS projects from discovery through go-live and post-production support.
- Partner with business teams and technology units to define trade compliance workflows using SAP GTS capabilities.
- Design solutions in Customs Management, Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Intrastat modules.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and guide technical teams during development.
- Support user training, testing, and system validation to ensure smooth deployment.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a strong foundation in SAP consulting with direct experience in Global Trade Services. A background in integrated logistics or international trade is highly beneficial.
- Minimum 6 years of SAP functional consulting experience.
- At least one full lifecycle SAP GTS implementation in a hands-on role.
- Familiarity with SAP SD and SAP MM modules is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to interpret client needs and deliver standardized, effective solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Experience
- Participation in SAP E4H upgrade or migration initiatives.
- Knowledge of Bonded Warehouse operations, Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) regulations, and customs filing procedures.
