CDK Global, LLC is hiring a Tax Manager to join its income tax team. In this role, you will support strategic tax planning, tax software implementation, and provide tax guidance for company projects, while also assisting with tax provision and compliance processes.
What You'll Do
- Manage special projects, including tax policy planning and forecasting.
- Lead efforts to develop efficiencies for long-term cash tax forecasts.
- Work with company stakeholders on entity rationalization projects.
- Support tax SOX controls, documentation, and manage walk-throughs.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
- Assist with ASC 740 tax provision and tax accounting processes.
- Review federal, state & local tax returns and estimates, ensuring timely payments.
- Manage reporting of tax reserves, including calculation of interest and penalties.
- Analyze and reconcile tax accounts and perform flux analyses.
- Support the preparation of financial statement disclosures related to income taxes.
- Drive process efficiencies in tax return processes, including leveraging automation.
- Actively monitor and analyze federal, state, and local tax legislation that may impact our operations.
- Assist with federal and state tax compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- CPA certification.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant tax experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience with OneSource Tax Compliance and OneSource Tax Provision.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Master’s Degree in a related field.
- Experience with ASC 740.
