Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Technician to ensure the smooth daily operations of plant and facilities equipment at Ital Thai Tower Juristic. As the front line for maintenance needs, you will uphold our commitment to operational excellence and regulatory compliance. What You'll Do
- Regularly inspect all equipment rooms and other facilities using predefined checklists.
- Walk duty technicians through weekend work plans and provide technical recommendations.
- Carry out repairs on equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors to perform maintenance work promptly.
- Speed up implementation of required equipment moves, adds, and changes.
- Ensure all actions follow local governmental rules and regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Certification for electrical or mechanical repair.
- Previous experience in a facilities and maintenance role.
