Cabin is looking for a Tax Executive / Senior Tax Executive to join our team. Our mission is to deliver exceptional back-office services powered by technology and thoughtful humans. In this role, you will be responsible for Singapore tax compliance and advisory services, including preparing and reviewing tax filings and liaising with authorities.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and review GST calculations, including pre-registration input tax claims.
- File GST returns and handle GST registration and de-registration applications.
- Liaise with IRAS and attend to GST queries.
- Handle ad-hoc GST advisory engagements.
- Prepare and/or review corporate tax computations.
- File corporate tax returns and attend to corporate tax queries.
- Handle ad-hoc corporate tax advisory engagements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent professional qualification like ACCA.
- At least 2 years of experience in Singapore GST and/or corporate tax.
- Proficiency in communicating in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- An analytical mind with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and responsible team player.
Nice to Have
- Being bilingual in English and Chinese or Malay.
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounts preparation, withholding tax, or transfer pricing.
- Experience with accounting software like Xero, Dext, or Talenox.

- Compensation: RM4,000 - RM7,000 per month depending on experience.
