Taskrabbit is looking for a Task Logistics Advocate, German to join a remote team focused on improving conversions and reducing cancellations across European markets. You'll follow standard operating procedures to increase fulfillment rates and provide real-time assistance within the task funnel.
What You'll Do
- Understand business requirements for each programme and put its SOPs into action.
- Take diligent notes during core duties and suggest process improvements to your team leader.
- Address and solve user issues efficiently via live channels, exceeding KPIs for satisfaction, productivity, and accuracy.
- Manage your time effectively to make relevant phone calls while maintaining high-quality interactions.
- Build connection and trust with stakeholders, going above and beyond to provide an exceptional first-time resolution.
- Stay organized, accountable, and informed by using all available resources to track SOP and programme changes.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, contact center, or a similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills: empathy, courtesy, kindness, efficiency, confidence, and helpfulness.
- Excellent time management skills and pride in a job well done.
- Excellent typing skills and adaptability in navigating online tools and systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
- Excellent persuasive communication skills over the phone to engage potential customers.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills: openness to others' ideas and willingness to try new things.
- Resilience and persistence: willingness to face rejection and persistently pursue leads.
- Ability to take ownership and solve problems.
- Available full-time (40 hours/week).
- Fluency in both English and German.
- Eligibility to work in Poland (no relocation support is provided).
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in sales over the phone, preferably in cold calling.
Team & Environment
You will join a remote team of 20+ operations advocates in Poland, reporting directly to the Operations Team Lead.
