We are currently recruiting a Tribal Access Program Business Relationship Manager / Project Manager (Principal) - DOJ LESIS within the United States. As a TAP BRM / Project Manager (Principal), you will function as a strategic intermediary and operational leader supporting indigenous agency networks under a national law enforcement connectivity initiative. This role encompasses managing intricate stakeholder interactions, coordinating expansive projects, and guaranteeing adherence to federal security protocols. You will navigate training delivery, technical assistance, and system implementation across multiple indigenous and federal organizations. Operating within a dynamic, collaborative ecosystem, you will propel program adoption, sustain account management procedures, and contribute to mission-critical endeavors with direct implications for public safety operations. This position integrates strategic oversight with hands-on project execution and interdepartmental collaboration. Accountabilities: · Serve as primary point of contact for approximately 19 indigenous agencies, providing comprehensive updates to stakeholders, leadership, and funding partners. · Develop and sustain robust relationships across indigenous organizations, delivering remote and in-person training, supporting policy documentation, and providing audit support. · Administer account operations including generating and maintaining user profiles, certifications, kiosks, and password reset protocols for indigenous entities. · Conduct and present multiple large-group assemblies, webinars, and individualized training sessions monthly. · Supervise specialized projects, including coordination with federal agencies and participating tribes, and manage processes for emerging locations and operational support. · Validate compliance with criminal justice information security policies, federal regulations, and program standards. · Engage with cross-functional teams to resolve system challenges, implement technology, and enhance program effectiveness. Requirements: · 5+ years experience in criminal justice, law enforcement services, or federal program management, including comprehensive understanding of indigenous and non-criminal justice agency processes. · Experience with CJIS Security Policy, NCIC, N-DEx, NICS, NGI, or comparable law enforcement systems. · Demonstrated business relationship management experience with extensive and diverse stakeholder groups. · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint 2016. · Exceptional organizational capabilities, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments. · Superior written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience delivering presentations and training programs. · Customer service background focused on relationship development and technical support. · Capacity to obtain DOJ Public Trust clearance; employment commencement contingent upon clearance approval. Preferred: · Comprehensive familiarity with CJIS Security Policy. · Direct experience collaborating with federally recognized tribes. · Proven commitment to learning and engaging with underserved populations.
