We are currently seeking a Sales Director. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership experience, comprehensive understanding of sales operations and customer relationship management processes, and a robust analytical approach.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Operations
- Develop and implement data-informed sales approaches aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Manage CRM pipeline infrastructure and discipline: stage determination, conversion timing, follow-up tracking.
- Establish workflows for incoming, outgoing, and recurring customer interactions.
Team Leadership & Development
- Direct and nurture sales team (organizational structure, recruitment, integration, performance evaluation, guidance).
- Foster a high-achievement, highly engaged culture in a distributed work environment.
- Facilitate consistent individual and group meetings centered on pipeline health, collaborative learning, and skill enhancement.
Performance & Forecasting
- Establish and monitor individual and collective performance indicators
- Create and maintain daily/weekly visualization tools, tactical reports, and strategic leadership updates.
- Oversee forecasting cycles: methodology, quota establishment, precision reporting, fundamental cause investigation.
- Respond to performance declines by generating actionable insight reports with strategic recommendations.
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
- 7–10 years in sales, including minimum 3 years in team leadership or senior sales management role.
- Demonstrated success in business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales (cross-industry experience valued).
- Customer relationship management platform expertise (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Experience managing distributed or hybrid teams and integrating new team members in performance-driven environments.
- Proven track record of maintaining forecasting precision and driving pipeline consistency.
Required Skills
- Robust command of customer relationship management pipeline oversight and reporting.
- Capability to define, monitor, and act on performance indicators across multiple timeframes.
- Systematic coaching and performance improvement methodologies.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+), exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
