Universe Group is hiring a Talent Sourcer to proactively find talent for tech and non-tech roles supporting global products used by hundreds of millions. In this role, you will build sourcing strategies, experiment with new tools, and directly influence hiring approaches within our scaling company.
What You'll Do
- Proactively search for tech and non-tech talent, forming a dedicated sourcing strategy for each role.
- Participate in developing the sourcing function and team.
- Test and implement tools for sourcing automation.
- Work with various search channels including LinkedIn, databases, and alternative sources.
- Write personalized outreach messages and build quality communication with candidates.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and Hiring Managers to gather context, give feedback, and adjust strategies.
- Manage candidates in our ATS (Ashby) and record sourcing results.
- Analyze metrics like response rate and conversions, along with the talent market and competitive environment.
- Constantly experiment with new channels, approaches, and A/B testing.
- Prepare regular reports and draw conclusions based on data.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in sourcing.
- Successful experience closing tech and non-tech roles, with marketing being a must.
- Confident use of sourcing automation tools.
- Experience using or testing AI tools (must).
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data.
- Experience managing 4–5 high-priority vacancies simultaneously.
- Persistence and willingness to find solutions, not stopping after rejections.
- Genuine desire to develop specifically in sourcing.
- Interest in learning, top practices, and new tools.
