MLabs is seeking a Talent Sourcer to proactively identify and engage elite tech talent who are not actively looking for work. You will craft personalized outreach messages to spark conversations and build a pipeline of high-calibre candidates for specialist roles, successfully transitioning qualified candidates into the interview funnel.
What You'll Do
- Proactively identify and engage elite tech talent across LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche platforms.
- Craft compelling, personalized messages to spark conversations with passive candidates.
- Maintain a steady flow of high-calibre talent for specialist roles in Software Engineering, Data Science, and AI.
- Manage multiple search mandates simultaneously, ensuring a consistent volume of quality leads.
- Work closely with Delivery Managers and Recruitment leads to calibrate searches and refine candidate profiles.
- Successfully transition interested, qualified candidates into the interview funnel.
What We're Looking For
- At least 6 months of experience in a dedicated sourcing or recruitment role.
- Must be based in Mexico (remote).
- Persistence and relentlessness in finding candidates.
- Ability to build rapport quickly via text and voice.
- Ability to manage a high volume of data and moving parts.
- Results-oriented, motivated by targets. Benchmark is a minimum of 3 successful placements per quarter.
