Remote Recruitment is looking for a Talent Sourcer to support a UK-based employer in the FMCG sector. In this fully remote role, you will identify, engage, and nurture talent pipelines for critical roles across international markets.
What You'll Do
- Source and attract top FMCG talent across international markets, particularly in the UK and Europe.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand roles within sales, supply chain, marketing, and operations.
- Use a variety of sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and pipeline progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Monitor sourcing metrics and adjust strategies to improve candidate quality and conversion.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of international recruitment experience, specifically sourcing candidates outside of South Africa.
- Previous experience recruiting in or for the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong understanding of global recruitment trends, cultural nuances, and time zone coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A reliable laptop and a stable internet connection.
