Remote Recruitment is looking for a Talent Sourcer to support a UK-based employer in the FMCG sector. In this fully remote role, you will identify, engage, and nurture talent pipelines for critical roles across international markets.

What You'll Do

Source and attract top FMCG talent across international markets, particularly in the UK and Europe.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand roles within sales, supply chain, marketing, and operations.
Use a variety of sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and pipeline progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Monitor sourcing metrics and adjust strategies to improve candidate quality and conversion.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 2 years of international recruitment experience, specifically sourcing candidates outside of South Africa.
Previous experience recruiting in or for the FMCG industry.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
Strong understanding of global recruitment trends, cultural nuances, and time zone coordination.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A reliable laptop and a stable internet connection.
