What You'll Do
Drive end-to-end public relations strategy for Vietnam, a critical market in Southeast Asia’s crypto landscape. You’ll define and implement communications initiatives that strengthen Binance’s reputation, public understanding, and media presence. Act as the primary advisor on Vietnam-specific narratives, risks, and opportunities, ensuring alignment with global positioning while maintaining local relevance.
Build and sustain relationships with influential media across business, finance, technology, and general news. Secure high-impact placements through interviews, expert commentary, and executive features. Represent the organization during regulatory developments or public scrutiny, delivering clear, compliant, and measured responses.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and policy teams to navigate sensitive topics. Lead crisis communications when needed, and support product launches, partnerships, and corporate announcements with strategic media outreach. Coordinate with marketing, social, and global PR teams to ensure message consistency, and oversee external agencies to maintain quality and accountability.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in public relations, corporate communications, or related fields, preferably in finance, fintech, or regulated sectors
- Proven track record managing media and stakeholder relationships at a senior level in Vietnam
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional judgment, especially under pressure, with the ability to navigate complex, high-risk situations
- Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution skills
- Experience advising leadership on media positioning and spokesperson readiness
- Strong ability to collaborate across functions and manage external partners effectively
