ISTA Personnel Solutions is recruiting a Remote Talent Sourcer (Candidate Facing) to support the hiring pipeline for a U.S.-based Homecare Agency. You will focus on sourcing, screening, and maintaining a consistent pool of qualified caregivers, ensuring recruiters have a high-quality candidate flow.
What You'll Do
- Post job advertisements using pre-approved templates across multiple job boards.
- Screen inbound applicants through short phone interviews.
- Assess candidate suitability based on defined criteria.
- Build and maintain an organized pool of pre-qualified candidates.
- Accurately update and manage candidate records in internal systems.
- Ensure all candidate information is complete and correctly documented.
- Work closely with recruiters to support hiring pipeline needs.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment.
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear, fluent English.
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage high volumes of applications efficiently.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable following structured processes and workflows.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook).
- Fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download), and support for a wired Ethernet connection.
- A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding or outages.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position, and you will be required to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
