Requirements
- 2+ years in tech sourcing (agency or in-house) with a track record of filling hard-to-find pipelines.
- Mastery of Boolean/X-ray and platform-native search operators; you’re comfortable sourcing beyond LinkedIn.
- Experience with ATS/CRM (ideally Ashby): data hygiene, structured notes, tags, and reporting.
- Strong outreach copywriting and personalization; evidence of A/B testing and iterating cadences.
- Ability to analyze funnel data and make decisions from numbers (coverage, reply %, positive %, pass-through).
- Stakeholder collaboration: crisp communication, expectation setting, and fast feedback loops.
- Working knowledge of talent intelligence: market mapping, compensation signals, competitor insights.
- Understanding of privacy/compliance in sourcing (GDPR-aware, ethical data use).
- English: Intermediate (B1); confident written communication with global candidates.
- Critical and systematic thinking; you enjoy structured search, detailed notes, and repeatable processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience in executive/lead talent mapping and org-charting.
- Familiarity with automation & enrichment tools.
