ManpowerGroup is looking for a Talent Screening Specialist to join our team. This virtual W2 contract position focuses on high-volume hiring for entry-level production roles within manufacturing, requiring support across different time zones.
What You'll Do
- Screen and schedule interviews for high-volume entry-level production roles.
- Track candidate assessments and provide light sourcing as needed.
- Connect with candidates to learn about their skills and match them to job opportunities.
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates through social networks and industry communities.
- Leverage knowledge of role design and required competencies to effectively market and present candidates.
- Improve sourcing strategies through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns.
- Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates to advocate for their career opportunities.
- Drive client satisfaction by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience.
- Position as an expert in the world of work, advising candidates and clients on market dynamics.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of talent screening experience.
- Experience scheduling interviews.
- Experience administering and tracking pre-employment assessments.
- Must be willing to support multiple time zones.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice to Have
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
- Manufacturing experience.

- Compensation: $27-29/hr.
