As a Talent Screening Specialist, you’ll play a key role in matching motivated individuals with production opportunities in manufacturing. Working remotely across multiple time zones, you’ll manage high-volume hiring by screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and tracking pre-employment assessments—all while ensuring a positive, informed experience for every candidate.
What You’ll Do
- Review candidate qualifications and schedule interviews in alignment with client needs
- Monitor and manage assessment results to support hiring decisions
- Conduct light candidate sourcing using digital tools and outreach strategies
- Advocate for candidates by providing guidance and resources to support their job readiness
- Build lasting relationships through social networks and industry engagement
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service that meets performance goals and client expectations
- Stay current on workforce trends and in-demand skills to advise both candidates and clients effectively
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of experience in talent screening, with a preference for manufacturing or production roles
- Proven ability to manage scheduling and assessment tracking efficiently
- Flexibility to support operations across different time zones
- A high school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
