About the Role
The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill critical roles across engineering, product, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical positions
- Build relationships with passive candidates through direct outreach
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and evaluation criteria
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across global time zones
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Evaluate recruitment metrics to improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire
- Represent the organization at career events and industry meetups
- Advise hiring teams on market trends and competitive compensation
- Develop diversity sourcing strategies to broaden talent pools
- Communicate hiring updates to stakeholders regularly
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate onboarding coordination
- Stay current on AI industry developments and talent market dynamics
- Identify and assess emerging recruitment technologies
- Support internal mobility and talent development initiatives
- Conduct post-hire feedback sessions with new hires and managers
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and data privacy regulations
- Create recruitment reports for leadership review
- Streamline hiring workflows using automation tools
- Foster an inclusive hiring culture across departments
- Manage third-party recruitment vendor relationships when needed
- Scale hiring operations during periods of rapid growth
- Promote employer branding through professional networks
