About the Role

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is looking for a Talent Partner to lead recruitment strategy for our Supply Chain function. You will own end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing, logistics, planning, and operations, partnering with senior leaders to deliver against the Supply Chain people strategy in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Align recruitment with supply chain workforce planning and specific site needs.
  • Partner with functional leaders to shape hiring decisions using insights and market data.
  • Champion Inclusion & Diversity in all recruitment activities.
  • Manage 20+ roles at a time, from frontline management to site and senior operations roles.
  • Deliver 360 recruitment: briefing, sourcing, assessment, offer, and onboarding.
  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and inclusive experience for candidates and hiring leaders.
  • Proactively build pipelines for technical, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Use sourcing tools, networks, and talent maps to identify great supply chain talent.
  • Support global/regional TA initiatives, tech rollouts, and process enhancements.
  • Track key recruitment metrics to improve time-to-fill, candidate experience, and DEI outcomes.
  • Coach and support TA colleagues and hiring managers on best practice hiring.
  • Represent TA at supply chain events and build local supplier partnerships.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team culture.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6+ years’ experience in recruitment (in-house, RPO, or agency).
  • Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
  • Experience leading teams and driving performance and engagement.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex matrix environment.
  • Experience using SuccessFactors or a similar ATS.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with labour legislation and inclusive hiring practices.

Nice to Have

  • Recruitment experience ideally across operations or supply chain.

Work Mode
