Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is looking for a Talent Partner to lead recruitment strategy for our Supply Chain function. You will own end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing, logistics, planning, and operations, partnering with senior leaders to deliver against the Supply Chain people strategy in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Align recruitment with supply chain workforce planning and specific site needs.
- Partner with functional leaders to shape hiring decisions using insights and market data.
- Champion Inclusion & Diversity in all recruitment activities.
- Manage 20+ roles at a time, from frontline management to site and senior operations roles.
- Deliver 360 recruitment: briefing, sourcing, assessment, offer, and onboarding.
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and inclusive experience for candidates and hiring leaders.
- Proactively build pipelines for technical, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles.
- Use sourcing tools, networks, and talent maps to identify great supply chain talent.
- Support global/regional TA initiatives, tech rollouts, and process enhancements.
- Track key recruitment metrics to improve time-to-fill, candidate experience, and DEI outcomes.
- Coach and support TA colleagues and hiring managers on best practice hiring.
- Represent TA at supply chain events and build local supplier partnerships.
- Contribute to an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team culture.
What We're Looking For
- 4–6+ years’ experience in recruitment (in-house, RPO, or agency).
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
- Experience leading teams and driving performance and engagement.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex matrix environment.
- Experience using SuccessFactors or a similar ATS.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with labour legislation and inclusive hiring practices.

- Recruitment experience ideally across operations or supply chain.
