Dotmatics is hiring a Talent Partner for a 6-month fixed-term contract to lead full-cycle recruitment in a high-growth SaaS environment. You will be responsible for driving hiring for Product & Technology (software engineering) and other roles across our US, UK, EMEA, and Canadian markets, owning sourcing strategy and managing the end-to-end interview process.
What You'll Do
- Build, execute, and own sourcing strategies across multiple Product & Tech, GTM, and Scientific roles.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from intake with hiring managers to the offer stage.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with leaders and hiring managers, guiding them on market insights and hiring strategies.
- Drive candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, outreach, referrals, and market mapping.
- Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced SaaS environment, balancing speed with quality.
- Partner closely with Recruiters to understand hiring needs and deliver against aggressive hiring goals.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on tech hiring markets in US, UK/I, and Canada.
- Track sourcing metrics and funnel data to continuously improve strategy and demonstrate business impact.
- Deliver a positive, high-touch candidate experience at every stage of engagement.
- Lead pre-boarding and onboarding efforts, coordinating from offer acceptance through first day schedules.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting for Product & Engineering roles.
- Experience in-house within SaaS or high-growth tech companies.
- Proven success managing multiple requisitions and sourcing across multiple reqs simultaneously in fast-paced SaaS environments.
- Deep knowledge of hiring across US, UK/I, and Canadian SaaS Product & Tech talent markets.
- Expertise in building, maintaining, and activating high-quality talent pipelines and market mapping.
- Ability to track and analyse key sourcing metrics (response rates, pipeline health, conversion).
- Exceptional project management skills for tracking, organizing, and managing sourcing/recruiting projects.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and partnership skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, highly organized, and thrives in an agile, scale-up environment.
- Comfortable flexing across other roles and requirements as needed to support team priorities.
- Care about engaging talent with authenticity and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Proficient in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.), ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred), and HIRS systems (Workday preferred).
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland/UK (sponsorship not offered).
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for GTM (Go To Market/Sales) functions or solutions architects.
- Background as an agency tech recruiter or recruiter-turned-sourcer.
- Demonstrated experience directly impacting scaling a high-growth SaaS business.
