Bee Talents is seeking a Talent & Operations Manager to manage all talent and operations functions for Siena AI, a B2B company. This is a full-time position.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full talent lifecycle for Siena AI
- Oversee and optimize operational processes
- Partner closely with the business to align talent strategy with company goals
- Ensure smooth and efficient B2B operational workflows
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing talent and operations, ideally in a B2B context
- Strong organizational and process management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Must be legally eligible to work in Poland
Work Mode
This is a 100% remote role, but candidates must be located within Poland.
